Assessing potential threats typically necessitates the use of a robust mathematical model, comprehensive evaluation method and universal decision rules. A novel approach is utilized in this study to optimize existing threat assessment (TA) algorithms three-way models (3WDMs) are leveraged that incorporate decision-theoretic rough sets (DTRSs) within dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) environments create mixed-attitude 3WDM based on IF-VIKOR-GRA context aviation warfare. The primary objectives include determining conditional probabilities for IF decisions (3WDs) establishing thresholds. Both target attribute loss function expressed form numbers (IFNs). To calculate these probabilities, an technique used combine multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) VIKOR grey relational analysis (GRA) method, while also taking into account risk-related preferences decision-makers (DMs). Abstract Habanero plant diseases can significantly reduce crop yield and quality, making early detection treatment crucial for farmers. In this study, we discuss the creation of a modified VGG16 (MVGG16) Deep Transfer Learning (DTL) model-based smartphone app identifying habanero diseases. With help application, growers quickly diagnose health by taking photo one its leaves. We trained DTL model on dataset labelled images healthy infected plants evaluated performance separate test dataset. When analyzing materials non-isothermally using the Arrhenius equation under linear heating, a temperature integration is necessary. While frequency factor in this typically assumed to be constant, it can actually vary with for certain solid-state reactions. The resulting integral, known as or general integrals, usually have no analytical solutions. Therefore, special functions and approximation are often used estimate them.
