<p>Modules are instructional materials used in flexible STEM education. With this, the Plan-Do-Study-Act action research model was employed to design, implement, and evaluate a self-learning module on Assessment Learning (ASL) 2 for preservice teachers. Three education experts validated ASL during design phase. The Math Science teachers (N = 95) rated utilizing pretest/posttest exam, survey questionnaire, open-ended questions. findings revealed that adhered prescribed structure, format, relevant outcomes-based (OBE), technological, pedagogical, content knowledge (TPACK), universal learning (UDL), inclusivity frameworks. had significant gains assessment four chapters provided positive perceptions feedback regarding module. Hence, is valid, practical, effective tool, particularly second cycle of PDSA model, considering other outcomes specializations, recommended be implemented teacher institutions.</p>
