Energy wastage through irresponsible smartphone use comprises a significant sum. Using secondary desk-based literature review, this paper evaluates con-temporary to calculate an approximate estimate of the amount energy wasted by US users on annual basis. Conservative estimates purely based overcharging smartphones in suggest that figure is excess US$400m per annum. A variety factors contribute use, which are predominantly behavioral nature. This highlights some impacts excessive and considers steps might be taken themselves reduce during use. In addition, suggestions made manufac-turers help them ‘nudge’ into more responsible behavior principles economics.

Bu çalışma, COVID-19 pandemisi sırasında Türkiye’deki üniversite öğretim elemanlarının uygulamalı derslerde yaşadığı zorlukları ve geliştirdikleri uyum stratejilerini incelemektedir. İçerik analizi modeli uyarınca Biglan sınıflandırmasına göre dersler veren 80 eğitmenden çevrimiçi formlar aracılığıyla toplanan veriler, nitel veri analizine tabi tutulmuş temalar belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar, düşük öğrenci katılımı, kaynak eksikliği kurumsal destek yetersizliği gibi önemli sorunları ortaya koymaktadır. Diğer yandan eğitmenlerin, deney videoları hazırlama, dijital araçlar kullanma farklı yöntemleri deneme yaratıcı çözümler geliştirdiği görülmüştür. Söz konusu çözümlerin kimileri doğrudan alıntılanarak belgelenmiştir. Son tahlilde, her ne kadar olumlu etkilere ulaştıklarını koyan anlatıları bulunuyor olsa dahi, yürütülen tüm çabaların yüz yüze eğitimin yerini tam anlamıyla dolduramadığı ağırlıklı olarak ifade edilmiştir. Çalışma, uzaktan süreçlerinde eğitim kalitesinin sürdürülebilir kılınması için daha güçlü sistemlerine, elemanları teknolojik-pedagojik alanda eğitimlere altyapıya ihtiyaç olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Gelecekteki olası krizlere hazırlıklı olabilmek adına, acil durum planlarının geliştirilmesi iletişimin güçlendirilmesi önerilmektedir.

The covid 19 immediate impact has intensely changed global trends. At the same time, exhilarated research interest among researchers worldwide. In Malaysia, Movement Control Order (MCO) and travel restrictions enforced by Malaysian Government in March 2020 have significantly hit daily life. Student attendance is a system used for tracking student activity in school. Many methods are to develop systems, such as Quick Response (QR) Code Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) fingerprint and so on. The COVID-19 pandemic has driven technological development, especially the system. Measuring human surface body temperature become protocol that must be done before entering systems need expand function not only but also monitoring temperature. This research aims improve by adding measurements recording during presence. Recording data can using internet of things. presence will sent school databases throughout internet. uses RFID technology non-contact thermal sensor measurement. According research, sensors provide reading with an average error 1.69%, minimum value 0.96%, maximum 2.57% range 0.35°C – 0.95°C. test shows optimum distance read card 0 2cm. Katılımı etkileyen farklı faktörler olduğu görülmektedir. Bu arasında öğretmen, öğretim yöntemi, öğrencilerin bireysel özellikleri, ders süresi gibi ögeler bulunmaktadır. Katılımının ise öğrenci başarısı, performansı ve dersi bırakması önemli alanları etkilediği çalışma pandemi döneminde zorunlu ile almak durumunda kalan online platformundaki kayıtlarının incelenerek, derslere katılımları ilgili eğilimlerini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. genel eğilimleri belirlenirken kalma süreleri, ders, bölüm, cinsiyet dersin sunum şekli değişkenlerine göre incelenmiştir. Derse gecikme ilişki olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ilk haftalarda katılımın daha fazla olduğu, ilerleyen sayısının hep düşük kaldığı görülmüştür. Bölüme sürelerinin farklılık gösterdiği Hukuk, Maliye Tarım Makineleri bölümlerinde okuyan katılımcıların derslerinde uzun süre kalmadıkları Cinsiyete değişmezken, senkron devam eden TBTK süresinin, video takibi sürdüğü belirlenmiştir. derse orta düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı bir Çalışma sonunda katılımının azalmaması için bu konunun nedeninin belirlenmesi, derslerde yeni çalışmaların gerçekleştirilmesi önerilmektedir.
