Self-initiated professional development (SI-PD) refers to the proactive engagement of teachers in activities aimed at enhancing their own intellectual capabilities, accumulating practical knowledge and cultivating positive dispositions. This involves deliberate design, implementation, evaluation learning process, utilising educational resources as a means support or facilitation. SI-PD is evaluated determine its effect on usage Continuous Professional Development (CPD) system by Malaysian teachers. There are twenty-six items SI-PD, which were adapted from prior studies that employed self-directed learning. The this construct have been modified reflect context CPD usage. questionnaire then reviewed verified experts aspects content validity, face validity criterion validity. A pilot study was conducted 100 who randomly selected central region Malaysia, includes three states: Selangor, Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya. Findings Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) yielded five components (motivation, self-monitoring, self-efficacy, self-management, self-regulation), internal reliability achieved for all components.

This study aims to provide an overview of teacher training evaluation based on Scopus data from January 2000 2024. The PRISMA model is used guide the selection articles. Currently, state-of-the-art technologies contribute to the development of educational process, which entails search for new approaches providing information. This research aims to investigate the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning media in enhancing professionalism Islamic Religious Education teachers. ICT-based offers significant potential for teachers expand access resources, create interactive experiences, boost student motivation, foster collaboration among fellow educators. study proposes a descriptive-quantitative approach, involving distribution questionnaires Candi sub-district Sidoarjo.
