Amidst the rapid advancements in big data and internet technologies, profound transformations have been witnessed modern societal economic structures. Vocational education, a pivotal component within educational domain, faces challenges course design optimization. While majority of existing research focuses on utilizing technology to optimize courses, most methodologies still rely traditional analysis mining techniques, with little exploration deep learning technologies. This proposes novel strategy for Initially, theme optimization is addressed through short text clustering algorithm that utilizes linear fusion biterm topic model (BTM) global vectors word representation (GloVe) similarity. Subsequently, content planned using interest network (DIN) recommendation conjunction gated recurrent unit (GRU) time series model. study provides vocational education sector new perspective optimization, which has important theoretical practical implications.

In the context of digitalized educational research, rapid advancement internet technologies and big data has catalyzed transformation traditional teaching models. The flipped classroom, recognized for its flexibility efficiency, garnered significant attention. However, challenge scientifically optimizing decisions in classrooms to maximize outcomes remains critical. Previous studies have achieved some progress within classrooms, yet they often suffer from a lack methodological diversity, inadequate consideration multi-level constraints, struggle adapt dynamic environments. Addressing these deficiencies, this research introduces hybrid evolutionary algorithm combining differential evolution greedy backtracking. Defined classified constraints classroom decisions, construction constraint networks, creation decision spaces are transformed solved through algorithm, offering systematic optimization strategy. Case analysis confirms effectiveness practicality proposed method, aiming bolster decision-making advance development teaching.

In the domain of private education, particularly vocational school management encounters a complex and variable environment with diverse demands. As advancement educational informatics progresses, schools have accumulated substantial amount data, including student learning behavior, teaching classroom utilization statistics. However, efficient these data for scientific decisions to enhance quality education resource efficiency presents an urgent challenge. The study impacts on decision-making is significant importance. It aids administrators in comprehensively understanding analyzing allocation usage resources, thereby enhancing further promoting development informatics. Despite some progress analysis methods within informatics, deficiencies remain. Traditional often overlook comprehensive considerations spatiotemporal failing accurately reflect dynamic changes resources. Existing methods, predominantly based single-agent models, lack studies multi-agent collaborative decision-making, resulting suboptimal decision outcomes. This comprises three main components: first, modeling model; second, intelligent framework under reinforcement mechanism; third, implementation method learning.
