This study aimed to explore the perspectives of public-school students who were hesitant use Darsak Educational Platform (DEP) during COVID-19 pandemic in order understand their real-life experiences. To achieve aim study, researchers employed a qualitative approach its phenomenological form. The sample consisted 12 male and female from various public schools Jordan. participants chosen using an intentional method. Semi-structured interviews used collect data. study’s findings revealed variety causes that contributed students’ resistance DEP. These include lack readiness learn through DEP, DEP’s failure comply with international design standards, inadequate physical technical teaching environment, limited digital competencies teachers needed virtual learning environment. Given this research, advise additional consideration should be given They also providing appropriate guidance usage educational platforms.

This study investigates leveraging a problem-based learning (PBL) approach via virtual environments (VEs) to enhance English reading and writing skills motivation among business students. The random sample consisted of 60 students in the Customer Service Section Applied College. were divided into two groups: experimental group, which was exposed PBL Blackboard system, control received traditional instruction. authors used quasi-experimental design, pre-post-test, scale. A T-test compare groups at post-test. findings revealed substantial differences between for (reading comprehension writing). Additionally, there momentous variance on motivational proved that using with VEs positively influenced students’ motivation. has some recommendations future research, including evaluating platforms, conducting longitudinal studies, incorporating qualitative measures language opportunities.
