Retinopathy
detection
using
optical
coherence
tomography
(OCT)
images
has
greatly
advanced
with
computer
vision
but
traditionally
requires
extensive
annotated
data,
which
is
time-consuming
and
expensive.
To
address
this
issue,
we
propose
a
novel
contrastive
graph
regularization
method
for
detecting
retinopathies
less
labeled
OCT
images.
This
combines
class
prediction
probabilities
embedded
image
representations
training,
where
the
two
interact
co-evolve
within
same
training
framework.
Specifically,
leverage
memory
smoothing
constraints
to
improve
pseudo-labels,
are
aggregated
by
nearby
samples
in
embedding
space,
effectively
reducing
overfitting
incorrect
pseudo-labels.
Our
method,
only
80
images,
outperforms
existing
methods
on
widely
used
datasets,
classification
accuracy
exceeding
0.96
