The use of Technology-Enabled Learning (TEL) has become increasingly popular in higher education as a teaching and learning methodology. TEL been acknowledged for its various benefits, including increased flexibility convenience both educators students. However, integrating into the classroom setting also presents unique challenges. Despite importance understanding these challenges, limited research conducted from perspectives stakeholders. Using mixed-methods approach, this study addresses need more comprehensive challenges associated with education. findings show that include self-regulatory, technological literacy competency, student isolation, sufficiency, complexity, resource, environment. results provide foundation developing technology management framework considers needs potential solutions presented can be used practical guide managing effectively.
