Purpose
This
study
aims

effects

three
dimensions
ChatGPT
strategic
value
–
organization
support
(OS),
managerial
productivity
(IM)
and
decision
aids
(DA)
on
business
sustainability
(BS)
Malaysian
public
universities.
Design/methodology/approach
A
quantitative
methodology

for
