Purpose This study aims to investigate the effects of three dimensions ChatGPT strategic value – organization support (OS), managerial productivity (IM) and decision aids (DA) on business sustainability (BS) Malaysian public universities. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative methodology was adopted for this examine relationships between BS Findings The found that two value, namely, OS IM, influence BS, whereas DA do not. Research limitations/implications To best author’s knowledge, is first address relationship in a specific context universities providing new contributions theory by extending literature topic.
