Using the e-learning system in teaching and learning is becoming normal Tanzania's higher education. Higher education institutions (HEIs) strive to provide an appropriate environment for instructors students utilise effectively. This study explored students' utilisation of motivational factors that influenced utilisation. The surveyed demographic differences among 730 undergraduate who were randomly sampled from three campuses at a HEI Tanzania. Data analysed through descriptive statistics, independent t-tests one-way ANOVA. findings show significantly motivated by e-learning-supportive environment, lecturers' influences, personal interests. Similarly, highly utilised uploading downloading documents, but online activities could be more utilised. E-learning was found average, further measures should taken enhance use system. Furthermore, no significant difference gender, though it contrary different years study. With influencing utilisation, recommends intensive training on early years.

Closing the divide between educational practices and industry demands is recognised to enhance societal relevance of education. Consequently, African countries improve their systems by incorporating technological tools such as artificial intelligence, e-textbooks, web-based learning in primary schools. This research investigates impact digital leadership external internal barriers teachers face when adopting e-learning methods within institutions. The study gathered responses from STEM-trained teachers, data was subjected analysis using SPSS version 23. findings reveal a negative relationship teachers' barriers, with no statistically significant on intelligence
