This study explored the role of zeolite and AI-driven initiatives in sustainable construction, particularly for net-zero climate-adaptive buildings. A quantitative, scientometric, narrative review was conducted using bibliometric analysis existing publications from Scopus Web Science databases to identify research trends, key contributions, technological advancements. The findings revealed that enhances construction materials by improving thermal regulation, air purification, carbon capture, while AI optimises energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, material performance. cost–benefit showed integrating reduces long-term costs building sustainability. Comparisons with previous studies highlighted increasing adoption these technologies due their environmental economic benefits. concluded combination provides innovative solutions green offering energy-efficient, climate-resilient, cost-effective materials.
