This study investigates the impact of AI-integrated vocabulary learning on EFL Omani students, focusing their academic performance and English proficiency. A quantitative approach was employed, employing data collection through a survey distributed to 500 with 236 valid responses analysed. SPSS version 26 used in analysis. The findings revealed that students generally perceive AI tools as beneficial for acquisition learning, higher proficiency academically stronger demonstrating greater trust, ease use, motivation engage AI-driven learning. However, lower-proficiency those weaker reported more challenges using exhibited lower trust AI-generated recommendations. Though general trends indicate positive correlation between level effectiveness, statistical analyses showed no significant AI-assisted acquisition.
