In the new situation of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem, faced with global multi-agent competition system, how ventures should integrate isomorphism, and use their own advantages to cultivate venture resilience has become important issue. The purpose this study is explore combined impact digital transformation, ecological orientation, organizational structure on ventures. Based qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), systematically explores significant key conditions configuration effects that affect cultivation resilience. There are four types configurations help resilience, namely: strategic change, flexible response, leadership niche institutional logic. This these three dimensions interact achieve high firm ultimately contributing research from perspective ecosystem.
