ABSTRACT Green transformation refers to the process of reshaping business practices foster growth while conserving resources and driving effective change across processes, functions, products, models, organizational culture. This research investigates key factors finance its role in facilitating green high‐carbon‐emitting companies. Adopting a mixed‐methods approach that integrates both quantitative qualitative techniques, study delves into intricate connections between sustainable development, technological innovation, human capital, government actions, financial efficiency, environmental regulations, finance. Data were collected from 268 targeted entrepreneurs, with follow‐up interviews 188 participants enriching insights. The correlation regression analyses demonstrate meaningful associations independent variables dependent variable, transformation. Additionally, reliability consistency assessments ensure internal measurement model, thereby enhancing credibility results. Hypothesis testing supports study's hypotheses, confirming interconnectedness primary contribution this is in‐depth analysis industries, providing actionable insights for policymakers, businesses, institutions. also offers nuanced understanding how mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, innovation strategies can collectively drive high‐emission sectors, advancing transition toward low‐carbon economy.
