Introduction: It is essential to support the health and well-being of nursing faculty. Nurse imperative for promoting many outcomes in care education. In presence workplace stressors, faculty may experience negative impacts, including burnout. This integrative review explored literature on burnout related concepts faculty.Methods: An guided by Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses flow diagram was performed. Articles were identified from databases, PubMed CINAHL Plus, citation searching, content expert referral. Key search terms included “nursing faculty”, “burnout”, education”. 102 articles screened established inclusion criteria 23 this review.Results: A total exploring other appraised. Emergent themes encompassing contributing factors, manifestations, impact, strategies decreasing increasing are illustrated review. Although a variety individual organizational emphasized literature, multiple gaps identified. These include 1) lack comprehensive programs address burnout, 2) integration skills practices into education curricula, 3) impact interventions educational outcomes, 4) assessments examining needs, 5) absence best replicated education.Conclusions: explore approach supporting student examine methodological challenges defining measures.

Objective To identify the research status of nurses’ moral distress and predict emerging hotspots development trends. Methods Articles on were retrieved from Web Science Core Collection database inception to 2024. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer CiteSpace software analyze publication distributions by country, institution, journal, author contributions, keyword trends, reference co-citations. Results Our study analyzed 1,781 documents, revealing a notable increase in publications after 2017, with contributions 88 countries 2,301 institutions worldwide. The United States China prominent contributors, highlighting global interest this area. Analyses keywords cited references reveal topics such as “COVID-19”, “burnout”, “moral resilience”. Conclusion This review sheds light growing academic distress, emphasizing key themes outlining future directions. By charting domain, our provides critical insights, guiding investigation complex ethical issues nursing enhancing understanding distress.

Abstract Aim s To describe medical‐surgical nurses' reflections on their experiences with patient deterioration. Background An extensive body of knowledge exists regarding optimal responses to acute deterioration within a hospital environment. Much less attention has focused the profound psychological and emotional impact these unexpected can have nurses who provided supportive or rescue care. A triggering event, such as deterioration, direct questioning about experiences, lead reflect further situation. Engaging in reflection is believed enhance learning improve clinical judgement when future complex situations arise. Findings related reflective practice recalling previous deteriorating patients are limited. This gap literature basis for current project. Design qualitative descriptive design. Methods Twenty were interviewed 2018. The recruited through purposive sampling. Semi‐structured telephone interviews explored Conventional content analysis iterative coding categorising theme development was used data analysis.
