Background/Objectives: Empathy and emotional regulation (susceptibility resistance) play an important role in a nurse’s well-being the provision of high-quality care. This phenomenon has not yet been studied context nurses working neuroscience. study aimed to explore perceptions related empathy among neuroscience contexts. Methods: Employing mixed-methods approach, we conducted online quantitative survey with 211 various settings using Balanced Emotional Scale (BEES) 15 semistructured qualitative interviews delve deeper into empathetic experiences.
