Turizm, Afrika’daki ülkeler için potansiyel ekonomik fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Afrika'nın turizm kaynakları arasında doğal ve kültürel çekim merkezleri vahşi yaşam alanları eşsiz plajlar yer almaktadır. Ancak turizmin kıta ekonomisine katkısı durgunluk, felaketler, güvenlik endişeleri, sürdürülebilir politikalarının yoksunluğu politik istikrarsızlık gibi nedenlerden dolayı kısıtlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada “Afrika” “Turizm” kavramlarını betimsel analiz yöntemi yardımıyla doküman inceleme modeli kullanılarak edilmiş olup bu kavramların bibliyometrik özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. amaç doğrultusunda Web of Science veri tabanında “Africa” “Tourism” kavramları birlikte aratılarak 1982 2023 yılları arasındaki 2584 veriye ulaşılmıştır. Daha sonra ise Uygulanan birtakım kısıtlamalardan Hospitality Leisure Sport Tourism dergisinde yayınlanan 523 adet çalışmanın evrenini oluşturmuştur. Elde edilen veriler R programına bütünleşik olan Biblioshiny edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda kavramına ilişkin en fazla yayın yapılan yılın 2018 olduğu, yapan yazarın Saayman M. olduğu üretken ülkenin Güney Afrika belirlenmiştir.

Despite being a well-established economic activity in numerous countries the world, domestic tourism has received relatively little academic exploration, particularly Namibia. While this study acknowledges significance of work already done field, there remains general lack understanding factors motivating tourists’ decisions to travel area. As result, aims understand key push and pull for tourists, using Erongo region Namibia as case study. The adopts quantitative research approach through survey 400 tourists Relaxation escapism, seeking participatory experiences, enriching experiences emerged three main factors, while destination attributes, events activities, safety familiarity, variety were identified dominant factors. recommends that planners marketers tailor offerings asserted motivations induce more demand consumption among tourists.

Tourism is a very important sector for the Bulgarian economy with its GDP share varying between 10 and 13% before COVID-19 health crisis. In 2021 domestic tourism accounted 89% of personal travel expenditures Bulgarians. Abstract This study examines the influence of Business Continuity Management (BCM) practices on tour operator companies' financial and nonfinancial performance amid COVID‐19 pandemic. Employing purposive cluster sampling, a survey was conducted with 331 operators, hypotheses were evaluated using Partial Least Squares—Structural Equation Modelling. Findings reveal that organizational preparedness embeddedness continuity significantly both performance. This study examined the effect of dynamic capabilities on firm performance in travel agencies and tour operators Mombasa County Kenya. Domestic tourism is viewed as the main driving force of industry in major economies globally. It has received worldwide recognition a dynamic part with enormous potential for growth and considered useful tool socio-economic development. However, Namibia, case many developing countries, sector academically less explored economically misrepresented. On that background, aim this study was to understand key factors influencing development domestic economies. The Erongo region Namibia served study. A structured questionnaire used collect usable data from 400 respondents. From study, it found obstacles area include affordability awareness issues, limited infrastructure, poor government policies. While collaboration amongst stakeholders, robust policies, coordinated marketing efforts were identified determinants development, they also enabling factors. Consequently, recommends differential pricing, augmenting promotion products tourists, promoting among stakeholders.
