Abstract
Background
Disasters
have
affected
the
physical
and
mental
health
of
people
around
world.
Since
nurses
are
frontlines
in
disasters,
it
seems
necessary
to
prepare
for
this
responsibility.
This
study
investigates
effect
psychological
first-aid
virtual
education
on
communication
skills
disasters
such
as
COVID
pandemic.
Methods
In
a
randomized
controlled
trial,
55
were
selected
by
purposive
sampling
method
from
two
hospitals
Isfahan
Tehran,
Iran
December—November
2022
randomly
replaced
intervention
group
who
participated
first
aid
training
control
group.
The
data
collected
through
personal
information
form
Communication
Skills
–Test-Revised
(CSTR).
Results
Two
groups
homogeneous

Psychological

study

job
stress,
hospital
resources,
fear
infection
on
burnout
medical
staff
in
Iran
Covid-19

Based
findings,
individuals
who
consider
emotions
feelings
when
solving
are
better
able
use
process
thinking
skills.
Therefore,
by
training
people

can
be
increased.
