Abstract Objectives This study evaluated the validity and reliability of Persian version Disaster Resilience Measuring Tool (DRMT-C19). Methods The research was a methodological, psychometric study. Standard translation processes were performed. Face content determined along with construct convergent validity. To determine final questionnaire, 483 health care rescuers selected using consecutive sampling method. Other resilience-related questionnaires used to assess concurrent All quantitative data analyses conducted SPSS 22 Jamovi 2.3.28 software. Results indicated Scale’s Content Validity Ratio (S-CVR) = 0.92 Index (S-CVI) 0.93. comprehensiveness measurement tool 0.875%. Cronbach’s α 0.89 test re-test interclass correlation coefficients (ICC) 0.68 0.92. Exploratory factor analysis 4 factors which accounted for more than 58.54% variance among items. Confirmatory 12 factors. between DRMT-C19 Connor-Davidson Scale (CD-RISC) r 0.604 (P ≤ 0.0001). Conclusions has satisfactory properties is valid, reliable, valuable assessing resilience against disasters in Iran’s Persian-speaking rescuers.

Abstract Background Disasters have affected the physical and mental health of people around world. Since nurses are frontlines in disasters, it seems necessary to prepare for this responsibility. This study investigates effect psychological first-aid virtual education on communication skills disasters such as COVID pandemic. Methods In a randomized controlled trial, 55 were selected by purposive sampling method from two hospitals Isfahan Tehran, Iran December—November 2022 randomly replaced intervention group who participated first aid training control group. The data collected through personal information form Communication Skills –Test-Revised (CSTR). Results Two groups homogeneous terms ( p = 0.177), total score was significant between after < 0.0001). Psychological distress, functional impairment, reduced quality of life, and subjective well-being were the most common negative psychological effects during COVID-19 outbreak. The present study was to investigate impact job stress, hospital resources, fear infection on burnout medical staff in Iran Covid-19 pandemic.In this cross-sectional study, 223 from several public private hospitals Tehran Mazandaran provinces, selected through convenience sampling. questionnaire included validated "Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)", "job stress scale (Parker DeCotiis, 1983)", questions about "hospital resources", "fear infection" developed by researcher wereused collect data. Data analyzed correlation regression methods using SPSS software.The results revealed that there a significant difference scores scale, dimension emotional exhaustion, but differences not dimensions depersonalization self-accomplishment. Also, significantly correlated with exhaustion personal-accomplishment. However, between adequacy resources these two significant. None three variables showed depersonalization.It is essential consider package interventions which, primarily includes finding sources resolve them management programs, based education training coping strategies.

Background and aims Pre-hospital emergency technicians face many problems in the workplace daily, so ability to solve or overcome them is essential. This article aimed assess predictors of problem-solving skills among medical services staff Iran. Methods study was cross-sectional correlational research. Using convenience sampling methods, 140 (EMS) were enrolled study. Response time assessed using ASAYAR software, (PSS) measured Hepner Petersen Problem Solving Questionnaire (PSI), cognitive emotion regulation strategies Garnfsky Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t -test, one-way analysis variance (ANOVA), Pearson's r correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression applied SPSS 14.0. Results The results our showed that total mean score for 136.84 (14.65) (range, 175–107 points). Multiple indicated refocusing on planning, positive evaluation, stress management courses, delays their causes, refocusing, catastrophizing, acceptance effective personnel, accounting 54% variances. Conclusion one first studies this field. Based findings, individuals who consider emotions feelings when solving are better able use process thinking skills. Therefore, by training people field emotional skills, can be increased.
