This study aims to assess the effectiveness of M-Gym media in enhancing learning experience rhythmic gymnastics for students and lecturers Indonesia. The development integrates interactive digital tools structured instructional content support pedagogical process education. research employed a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative assessments qualitative feedback evaluate impact on outcomes. Quantitative data were collected through pretest posttest evaluations measure improvement students' performance understanding gymnastics. Qualitative obtained from interviews focus group discussions with lecturers, providing insights into their experiences perceptions using process. results showed significance (p=0.000 <0.05), hence there was significant skills knowledge, evidenced by higher scores compared scores. In addition, highlighted usability, accessibility, motivational aspects M-Gym, which contributed more engaging effective environment. conclusion, has proven be an tool teaching gymnastics, offering valuable both lecturers. recommends wider adoption education across Indonesia further improve educational outcomes foster experience.
