Objective: Describe The development of the SSCL model, including validity, practicality, effectivity, and student response with implementation learning activities. This study aimed to obtain responses model in Junior high school. Method: type research is Research Development (R&D) oriented towards product using ADDIE model—determination location a purposive sampling area. sample this was class VIII. Results: results showed (1) validity reliability are very valid reliable, (2) an improved indicator achievement category, most students gave that scaffolding based on Scientific Creativity Learning (SSCL) models enabled them practice scientific creativity skills junior Novelty: emphasizes for Proximal Zone (ZPD) approach students' initial conceptions science. result findings show each phase significantly contributes increasing indicators creativity.
