Since their apparition, Large Language Models have been highly used by both individuals and companies for a plethora of personal professional activities. Considering its capacity generating text, using large amounts data available as well accessibility, ChatGPT proves to be useful tool internal external communication within worldwide. This paper focuses on exploring the changing dynamics in terms information diffusion between managers, employees, colleagues, stakeholders international corporations, with particular emphasis European American research conducted last two years experiences ten Romanian managers that use language models activities communication.
