The limited learning media used in IPAS makes students less motivated to learn and optimal understanding of materials. These obstacles have an impact on the low outcomes students. This research aims create interactive based artificial intelligence improve grade IV elementary school. type is development (Research Development). model Borg & Gall model. subjects involved this study consisted a team experts, classroom teachers, Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, tests. Techniques for analyzing data initial analysis form normality tests final t N-Gain results showed that developed was declared feasible effective. Declared validation from material experts score 92.3% expert 96.4%, both very category. It effective pretest post-test by conducting test 0.56 which there increase student moderate conclusion intelligence-based use as school
