Artificial Intelligence has become part of our society, offering new opportunities for organizations to increase their business value proposition. This paper investigates the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that can be used as a guideline identify essential items successfully adopting AI. A systematic literature review was conducted predominant CSFs published in academic articles between 2020 and 2024. total 49 themes 76 sub-themes, actual CSFs, were identified using thematic analysis Atlas.ti.
