Introduction This study aimed to investigate the relationship between athletes' training satisfaction and competitive state anxiety, by examining mediating roles of psychological resilience coping strategies. The findings provide a theoretical foundation practical recommendations for enhancing mental health services. Methods A questionnaire was utilized assess satisfaction, resilience, strategies, Competitive State Anxiety among sample 447 athletes. data examined through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, employing SPSS Process 3.5 plug-in. Results Training had significant positive effect on ( β = 0.726, p <0.001), while 0.178, <0.001) 1.138, were found have strategy. Additionally, strategies all demonstrated negative anxiety <0.001). indirectly influenced (indirect 1), 2), combined 3), resulting in total indirect −0.385 [95% CI (−0.433, −0.337)]. Discussion In conclusion, can help reduce improving fostering mechanisms.
