Introduction This study aimed to investigate the relationship between athletes' training satisfaction and competitive state anxiety, by examining mediating roles of psychological resilience coping strategies. The findings provide a theoretical foundation practical recommendations for enhancing mental health services. Methods A questionnaire was utilized assess satisfaction, resilience, strategies, Competitive State Anxiety among sample 447 athletes. data examined through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, structural equation modeling, employing SPSS Process 3.5 plug-in.
