Introduction: The objective of this study is to identify the internal variables which impact success strategic implementation (SI) at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) from perspective faculty staff and compare results with previous studies literature in SI some universities colleges. Design/methodology/ approach: An online questionnaire was designed sent out academic members PSAU. contained four major factors related university aspects, each one these contains a number measured by using Likert scale. Content analysis done researcher’s observations had been considered. Fifteen similar have reviewed compared their findings study. Findings: structure, leadership & management resources significant positive on SI’s KPIs. These influencing studies. Recommendations added. Research limitations/implications: sample drawn (PSAU), represents all colleges HEIs Saudi Arabia. Although size small, focusses critical that influence anticipating an region as whole. Originality/value: All subjects covered are relevant topic research. research’s conclusions highlight challenges for HEIs, will be extremely useful decision makers policymakers institutions. Furthermore, identifying factors, comprehending nature within context interrelationships enrich disciplines.
