Objectives: Humans are called homo sapiens (Latin word); He is a wise, knowledgeable, civilized (cultured) human. Qualitative carried out describing information, relevant verses Quran, then analyzing understanding content depth, connecting real examples, evaluating it, finally concluding it. Results Discussion: problem be discussed paper is, "What need education"? Explanation these perspective, i.e. using Epistemology. (propositions Quran) Why should educated? answer because Allah's commands which include human was born knowing anything; bringing potential religious monotheism; there concern future child; children mandate trial; agar sesuai denga napa yang diharapkan.knowledge provision life. Research Implications: implication responsibility parents educating children. After children, must prepare carry children's education, terms educational goals, materials, methods, media. Originality: educated they were state ignorance, monotheism rububiyah, fears future, trial, (method) includes lectures, dialogue, practice, exemplary. according Islam same sending His messengers, glorify morals. Another goal Abdullah (servant Allah), Khalifatullah (representative da'i (preacher), rahmatan lil'aalamiin (Grace nature).
