This article discusses the issue of welfare private lecturers in Indonesia from a legal perspective, focusing on three main aspects: salaries, certification, and social security through BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In context justice, this study identifies challenges faced by related to provision salaries that are not accordance with Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), delays lecturer lack adequate protection uses qualitative approach interviewing at various universities Indonesia, spread across 5 provinces (West Java, Central East North Sumatra, Bengkulu) 12 cities/regencies. The total campuses objects 24 universities, consisting institutes, colleges. Legal analysis is carried out existing regulations welfare. results show although there governing lecturers, inconsistent implementation has caused injustice felt many lecturers. suggests need revise strengthen ensure rights fulfilled, order achieve equitable

Objective: This study explores the role of progressive Islamic law in zakat distribution and its contribution to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Indonesia, particularly SDG 1 (No Poverty), 10 (Reduced Inequality), 16 (Peace, Justice, Strong Institutions), through principles Maqasid Sharia. Objective: This study proposes sustainable communities for rural tourism, using Mae Kampong Village in Chiang Mai, Thailand, as a case study. The theoretical framework: determinants of community-based tourism model include (1) cultural experiences, (2) homestay, hotel, street food, and shop experiences (services, prices, facilities), (3) eco-friendly practices natural experiences.
