Objective:
This
study
explores
the
role
of
progressive
Islamic
law
in
zakat
distribution
and
its
contribution
to
achieving
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs)
Indonesia,
particularly
SDG
1
(No
Poverty),
10
(Reduced
Inequality),
16
(Peace,
Justice,
Strong
Institutions),
through
principles
Maqasid
Sharia.
Theoretical
Framework:
The
research
is
grounded
law,
Sharia,
sustainable
development.
It
examines
how
zakat,
an
obligation,
can
be
utilized
promote
justice,
equality,
social
welfare,
aligning
with
SDGs
address
issues
like
poverty
inequality.
Method:
Using
a
qualitative
approach,
employs
normative
juridical
analysis
literature
review
management
practices
Indonesia.
Data
collected
from
academic
articles,
reports,
legal
frameworks
related
integration
SDGs.
Results
Discussion:
finds
that
significantly
contribute
alleviation
equity.
By
emphasizing
Sharia’s
core
principles,
improve
justice
reduce
However,
challenges
governance,
transparency,
alignment
remain.
Research
Implications:
Reforming
governance

This
article
discusses
the
issue
of
welfare
private
lecturers
in
Indonesia
from
a
legal
perspective,
focusing
on
three
main
aspects:
salaries,
certification,
and
social
security
through
BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan.
In
context
justice,
this
study
identifies
challenges
faced
by
related
to
provision
salaries
that
are
not
accordance
with
Regional
Minimum
Wage
(UMR),
delays
lecturer
lack
adequate
protection
uses
qualitative
approach
interviewing
at
various
universities
Indonesia,
spread
across
5
provinces
(West
Java,
Central
East
North
Sumatra,
Bengkulu)

cities/regencies.
The
total
campuses

universities,
consisting
institutes,
colleges.
Legal
analysis
