Equally important creation an evaluation tool assess effectiveness these programs. This study aims test validity reliability physical instrument for martial arts athletes. Material Methods. used approach with data collected through tests measurements. A total 147 subjects participated. For testing, there were 35 male 37 female 36 39 The instruments included body mass index (BMI) measurements digital scales, flexibility sit-and-reach test, muscle strength leg back dynamometer, cardiovascular endurance Cooper test. Validity was assessed using concurrent approach. Reliability tested test-retest method. Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, while Cronbach's alpha reliability. JASP software analysis. Results. athletes, r-values each item exceeded r-table value 0.275, confirming (BMI), dynamometers, Similarly, demonstrated above 0.267, all items. confirmed by Cronbach’s values, which 0.7 threshold both BMI 0.998 indicating excellent Other items, such strength, also showed strong reliability, values ranging from 0.742 0.985. Conclusions. highlights importance developing valid reliable Such are essential monitoring training aimed at maintaining findings research confirm structured tests. These effectively evaluate key components composition, flexibility, endurance.
