Background. Examining technology integration in Pencak Silat training is considered as an essential aspect, focusing on its potential to enhance physical, technical, and mental performance while preserving cultural philosophical values. Objectives. The study aimed evaluate the effectiveness of augmented reality (AR), virtual (VR), sensor-based systems improving skill acquisition, monitoring, customization. It also addresses challenges implementation examines adaptability practitioners varying levels. Materials methods. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted accordance with PRISMA guidelines. Scopus served primary database, studies published within past decade. Inclusion criteria prioritized addressing technological innovations training, irrelevant or low-quality were excluded. Data extracted using a standardized form analyzed thematically identify trends, challenges, gaps. Results. findings highlight significant AR, VR, sensor advancements, demonstrating their enhancing physical technical performance. However, barriers such high costs, limited accessibility, need for tailored solutions continue persist.
