Abstract Taking college students as the research object, this paper constructs an interactive platform for physical education teaching and introduces specific steps of using platform. Afterwards, based on platform, a semester-long practice was conducted students. This study aimed to promote a coherent pedagogical framework for integrating mobile exergames into physical education (PE) as strategy reduce sedentary behavior.
