Objective of the study: to investigate correlation between inflammation activity, infectious components, platelet function, dyslipidemia, and development subclinical atherosclerosis in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) ischemic heart disease. Materials methods. The study involved measurement C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin 6, IgG antibodies Chlamydia pneumonia, toll-like receptors (TLR2), factor 4 (PF4), aggregation parameters, lipid profile, concentration oxidized low-density lipoproteins (oxLDL), thickness intima-media complex (IMT) common carotid arteries. Results. included 50 women SLE 31 myocardial infarction (MI), a control group 21 healthy women. Patients showed significant increase IMT artery (1.00 [0.80–1.10] > 0.80 [0.70–0.90], p = 0.01) bifurcation (1.10 [1.00–1.20] [0.70–1.10], compared group. Similarly, MI had significantly different values for both (0.90 (1.20 [1.10–1.40] controls. There was pronounced activation patients, evidenced by increased levels CRP (3.67 [2.17–5.92] 0.74 [0.30–1.26], 0.01), 6 (1.72 [1.39–2.68] 0.60 [0.22–0.75], ESR (21.0 [18.0–26.0] 10.0 [7.0–14.0], 0.01). These markers were also elevated controls: (3.36 [1.44–5.90] (1.1 [0.69–1.82] (19.0 [10.0–28.0] A platelets noted, marked PF4 (21.5 [19.80–23.28] 18.30 [13.88–20.46], (20.76 [19.00–23.50] exhibited characterized oxLDL (3.16 [1.45–4.60] 1.39 [1.26–2,04], 0,01). In contrast, differences only (1.05 [0.88–1.21] < 1.32 [1.24–1.37], pneumonia (0,062 [0,035-0,124] 0,0415 [0,022-0,071], 0,11) TLR2 no diferences from controls (635,71 [357,14 –978,5] 451,54 [352,05–775,0], 0,39). did not differ (448,98 [308,67–964,14] 0,854). However, higher (0,067 [0,05–0,11] [0,022–0,071], 0,026) Conclusion. addition traditional risk factors cardiovascular diseases, those exhibit mechanisms autoinflammation as form inflammatory component more group, particularly reflected concentrations IL-6 levels. role requires further investigation.

Imbalance in the production of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines plays an important role pathogenesis rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The aim study. To determine concentration frequency increase serum patients with RA advanced stage disease, assessment relationship between them, clinical laboratory activity disease autoantibodies. Materials methods. We examined 154 (41 men 113) women, average age (56.0 [50.0; 64.0] years), duration (9.4 [3.0; 13.0] seropositive 129 (83.8 %) for IgM factor (RF) and/or 106 (68.8 antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptides (ACCP) moderate high (DAS 28-ESR – 5.40 [4.65; 6.00]) activity. interleukin (IL), tumor necrosis α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (INF-γ), soluble CD 40 ligand (sCD 40L) was determined by multiplex technology. Results. In patients, IL-6, IL-23, IL-31, IL-33 INF-γ significantly higher, TNF-α values were lower than controls. levels IL-1β, IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-25 sCD 40L not different from donors. Elevated found 16.2 12.3 Hyperproduction proinflammatory cytokines, except 40L, prevailed IL-10. Correlations among themselves found. High associated only IL-31. concentrations correlated each other. be DAS 28-ESR, CDAI SDAI; IL-10, IL-33, CRP; INF-γ, RF ACCP; RF. IL10 positively RF, negatively ADCP. Deciphering role inflammation most important mechanism development atherosclerosis has created prerequisites concept anti-inflammatory therapy atherosclerosis, which low-dose can take an place, complementing effects aspirin, statins antihypertensive therapy. analysis materials from randomized placebo-controlled studies indicates a decrease frequency patients with coronary heart disease (by 31%) who have suffered myocardial infarction 23%), well 33%), stroke, need revascularization mortality. low dose (0.5 mg/day) is approved by U.S. Food Drug Administration disease. Relevance. The increase in allergic and autoimmune diseases observed recent decades highlights the need for therapy prevention, which requires detailed research into mechanisms of their occurrence. onset progression are influenced by genetic predisposition, lifestyle, environmental factors, disruptions coordinated operation immune system, as a consequence homeostasis. Treatment these is primarily symptomatic often accompanied undesirable side effects. Immune system disorders various pathologies have own characteristics each type disease, at same time common mechanisms. Considering presence large number microorganisms human body, taking influence account paramount importance. Microorganisms source biologically active molecules, action can either prevent reduce severity disease or exacerbate it. aim this study was to analyze cytokine profile effects fragments cell walls Gram-negative Gram-positive bacteria - lipopolysaccharide (LPS) muramyl peptide (MP), well nisin an antimicrobial bacterial origin on mononuclear cells. Materials Methods. Mononuclear cells were obtained from peripheral blood healthy volunteers using Cell separation media Lympholyte CL 5015, cultured LPS, GMDP bacteriocin nisin. activity examined multiplex analysis; analysis surface markers determined flow cytometry. Results Discussion. It shown that wall much greater extent than induce production cytokines, chemokines, growth factors. established LPS MP expression CD11c dendritic cells, while does not affect CD11c+ DCs. conducted ex vivo studies did emergence CCR7. Conclusion. Bacterial bioregulators trigger negative feedback mechanism inducing synthesis anti-inflammatory inflammatory process. Understanding molecular body opens new approaches prevention development personalized strategies.
