This study employs machine learning algorithms sophisticated feature selection techniques to enhance the accuracy comprehensibility CVD prediction models. While traditional tools are valuable, they frequently fail consider myriad intricate factors that contribute heightened CVD. Our methodology analyze diverse data sources produce advanced predictive The salient this research lies in meticulous application techniques, enabling identification pivotal within heterogeneous datasets. According to study, the rate worldwide was 4.08% per 1000 people in May 2022. this reason, there need for effective prediction of which helps marriage counselor or therapist understand how serious case is. research purpose, dataset collected from UCI repository contains some data based on questions asked couple answers they gave. First, cleaned using different ranking methods such as Information Gain, One R, Gain Ratio ReliefF. Using these methods, most important fields that really affect selected. Then, classification algorithms Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, SGD, Decision Tree, Random Forest Multilayer Perceptron were used compared find accuracy. These first with all then 6 7 fields. 50:50, 66:34, 80:20 training/testing split 10-fold cross validation. When 7-fields combined checked training-test validation, 100% accuracy found algorithms.
