Purpose
The
primary
purpose
of
this
research
is
to
examine
the
influence
perceived
service
quality
(PSQ)
on
word-of-mouth
(WOM)
directly
and
through
mediating
role
brand
trust
(BTR)
student
satisfaction
(SAT)
at
private
universities
located
in
Turkish
Republic
Northern
Cyprus
(TRNC).
