Academia's current emphasis on supply chain performance highlights the significance of information sharing as a mediator and supplier-buyer relationship moderator. Nevertheless, examination into intermediate effects has been relatively neglected. This research examined factors affecting performance, emphasizing mediating role to address existing knowledge gap in literature. The included both descriptive explanatory methodologies. positivist paradigm stratified sampling method were employed obtain sample size 167 respondents. data collected through questionnaire an analysis relevant documents. was using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, facilitated by SmartPLS 4, tool for conducting inferential statistical analysis. analyzed respondents' profiles underwent IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. findings indicate that is affected sharing, strategic procurement planning, between suppliers buyers. planning indicates buyers rely these practices improve performance. results provide definitive evidence validating accuracy proposed model within domain decision-making, specifically regarding prioritization investments
