This field-based empirical research employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches to address practical problem related the safety health construction workers. The study utilizes data collected through observation checklists, Key Informant Interviews (KII), questionnaires distributed project-related respondents design professionals not directly associated with project. examines occurrence accidents, which were predominantly minor nature, identifies critical measures required challenges faced by workers on sites. These encompass safe drinking water, first-aid equipment, sanitary facilities, provision Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), training casual in procedures. also evaluates extent provisions within contract documents, contrasting them inclusion staff worker insurance. Additionally, explores impact hazard identification, project performance. underscores need disseminate knowledge about courses, orientation sessions, awareness programs, pictorial representation, online forums. status sites can be significantly improved implementing recommendations presented final section this research.
