The adoption of the neoliberal model and implementation new public management approach in Chile, have led to social policies that prioritize quantifiable efficiency adherence administrative standards over effective solutions problems. This has had a negative impact on experiences professionals working field psychosocial intervention, quality their interventions. However, perspectives these play crucial role shaping how they implement interventions ultimately determine perceived effectiveness policies. article pursues two main objectives: firstly, identify subjective aspects involved various intervention experiences, secondly, explore connection nature Chilean To this end, systematic review was conducted, focusing policies, work as interveners, users with. study followed PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines, total 4,799 articles were identified five databases (Psycinfo, Scopus, Sociological Abstracts, Web Science), out which 26 met eligibility criteria. information analyzed using thematic synthesis, results organized into analytical themes: counterproductive framework, internal obstacles, at fault, threatening tensions, coping responses. concludes an intervening rationality aligned with conditions problems underlies themes. Responses are politically ambivalent, can either reinforce logics or represent transformative lines radical disruption practices.

La ejecución de la política pública infancia en Chile encuentra sus directrices el modelo Nueva Gestión Pública. Los sistemas gestión y control atraviesan trabajo intervención a vulnerada, ocasionando alta intensificación tensión ética del trabajo. En este artículo analizamos discursivamente cómo las/os trabajadoras/es construyen sentido público infancia, mostrando las tensiones que emergen su relación con instrumentos. resultados, base 16 entrevistas, evidenciaron tres repertorios dominantes: entre trabajador managerializado frustrado; superhéroe; lo colectivo como un refugio sustentación engranaje managerial. Para disputar público, participantes relevan urgencia reorientar políticas por sobre indicadores, metas estándares desempeño, validando los situado colaborativo una voz organizada no puede estar ausente diseño.
