The adoption of the neoliberal model and implementation new public management approach in Chile, have led to social policies that prioritize quantifiable efficiency adherence administrative standards over effective solutions problems. This has had a negative impact on experiences professionals working field psychosocial intervention, quality their interventions. However, perspectives these play crucial role shaping how they implement interventions ultimately determine perceived effectiveness policies. article pursues two main objectives: firstly, identify subjective aspects involved various intervention experiences, secondly, explore connection nature Chilean To this end, systematic review was conducted, focusing policies, work as interveners, users with. study followed PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines, total 4,799 articles were identified five databases (Psycinfo, Scopus, Sociological Abstracts, Web Science), out which 26 met eligibility criteria. information analyzed using thematic synthesis, results organized into analytical themes: counterproductive framework, internal obstacles, at fault, threatening tensions, coping responses. concludes an intervening rationality aligned with conditions problems underlies themes. Responses are politically ambivalent, can either reinforce logics or represent transformative lines radical disruption practices.
