This paper examines the acceptance, usage, and abandonment of mobile applications in context personal coaching. It is primarily based on research published between 2015 2025 journals rated by Scimago (Q4 or higher) summarizes findings several studies. Key drivers for app acceptance continued usage include performance expectancy, habit formation, empowerment, satisfaction, low perceived effort. Personality traits, learning readiness, demographics such as age smartphone experience also influence behavior. The willingness to pay coaching apps shaped utilitarian motives (security, usefulness, ease use) hedonic (entertainment, emotional attachment). Conversely, deletion often triggered poor usability, personalization, unmet expectations, absence gamification elements. Practical recommendations emphasize importance immediate sustained value delivery, engagement. Future should focus enhancing personalization through adaptive technologies, integrating behavior change theories, developing standardized human protocols improve scalability user outcomes.

For health insurance customers, mobile apps play a key role in the digitalization of healthcare system. Health companies are central actor and important point contact for policyholders. However, it is still largely unknown what requirements insured people as users have from companies. The aim this paper therefore to identify app functionalities based on existing literature offered by German investigate influence these user satisfaction using Kano model. A total 21 features were identified. Must-have include bonus program, offline functionality, protected personal access multi-platform compatibility. Only live chat identified performance / one-dimensional feature. Gamification approaches community indifferent features. attractive pedometers, appointment booking, record, emergency exchange with medical specialists. results serve other service providers sector providing concrete insights user-oriented development digital services sector.
