This paper presents a comprehensive review of modern bathymetric survey techniques and their impact on offshore energy development. Bathymetric surveys play crucial role in mapping the seafloor are essential for various activities, including oil gas exploration, renewable development, submarine cable installation. The synthesizes recent advancements surveying technologies, focusing improving exploration monitoring resources. first section provides an overview traditional methods, such as single-beam multi-beam echo sounders, which have been widely used seafloor. limitations these limited coverage resolution, discussed, highlighting need more advanced techniques. second discusses airborne lidar, satellite-derived bathymetry, unmanned surface vehicles (USVs). Building Condition Assessment (BCA) is an important part of Facility Management (FM) since it involves strategic planning and decision-making to optimize the performance, longevity, value facilities.
