Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) has transformed the landscape of project management contributed significantly to improving efficiency, decision-making optimizing resource allocation. Although there exists a number research examining integration utilization AI ML into management, fragmented literature highlights need for systematic review consolidate current knowledge, identify emerging trends, examine AI’s role in management. This study aims critically analyze existing opportunities for, enablers of, barriers adoption, providing comprehensive framework guide future practice.
