Introduction. Human resources policy issues in medicine have always played a significant role ensuring quality medical care for the population. Young specialists face high labor market demands and constant management pressure, without having ready adaptation strategies. The beginning of success story is challenging, sometimes impostor syndrome can its influence. Persistent self-doubt leads to emotional exhaustion development cynical attitude towards others, which further transform into burnout syndrome. THE AIM: To analyze prevalence phenomenon among young doctors field “General Practice – Family Medicine” explore potential correlations with MATERIALS AND METHODS. We conducted an anonymous cross-sectional survey 27 family using Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale Maslach Burnout Inventory Services Survey Medical Personnel. research procedure adhered accepted moral norms, rights, interests, personal dignity participants, line principles bioethics outlined Helsinki Declaration “Ethical Principles Research Involving Subjects” “Universal on Bioethics Rights (UNESCO)”. RESULTS. All respondents demonstrated certain level severity, might be related shift professional transition from intern independent practitioner doctor. Every fourth already showed signs depersonalization, 7% developed syndrome. It not excluded that these changes are linked working conditions military actions territory Ukraine. CONCLUSIONS. Nearly half were categorized under intermediate profiles (Overloaded, Ineffective, Detached), corrected timely identification effective management. The demanding landscape of the healthcare job market compels young doctors during their internship to acquire all necessary competencies and be prepared for intense competition secure respectable employment.This is intricately tied substantial reform educational component a focus on acquiring relevant evidence-based knowledge skills.In Ukraine, training period medical interns in specialized departments has been shortened, with practical aspect now fully delegated bases.The provisions regarding criteria National Health Service Ukraine (NHSU) package "Ensuring human resource potential system through involvement interns" concerning suitability facilities requirements remain at low level, given current state affairs preventing enhancement.In response these changes, higher education institutions have initiated establishment university clinics, yet this led significant legal financial barriers.At stage, we examined progress intern essential skills self-assessment levels professional competencies, aiming identify obstacles faced by future specialists.Objective: analyze information provided junior field General Practice Family Medicine assess quality bases, order develop effective mechanisms strategies enhance family doctors.Materials Methods.Following acquisition specialist doctor Журнал «Перспективи та інновації науки» (Серія «Педагогіка», Серія «Психологія», «Медицина») № 12(30) 2023 64 certificate, 27 respondents specializing "General -Family Medicine" who completed two-year anonymously participated survey.The questionnaire comprised 14 questions.Likert scale responses were employed: unsatisfactory, satisfactory, mediocre, good, excellent quality, did not perform, 1-5, 6-10, 11-30, more than 30 quantity performed within specialty.Results Discussion.According obtained results, average score doctors' proved lower scores achieved certification.Skills such as "Pap smear", "intraocular pressure measurement" "spirometry/peakflowmetry" remained inadequately practiced.These require equipment (gynecological chair, ocular tonometer, spirometer, or peak flow meter).The factors leading outcome further analysis investigation involving supervisors bases.Conclusions.Young specialists are inclined overestimate own achievements.Only 18% rated bases excellent.The quantitative measurement practiced does meet needs specialists.Predictive identified follows: lack willingness change base, number otoscopies, presence rotation cycles base.
