Emotional labor has a robust foundation in public organizations, especially concerning healthcare workers. For this reason, the present study explores degree to which emotional tactics result burnout for representatives directly dealing with patients.This aims find association among dimensions of and mediating mechanism stress. scales were operationalized measure work, type acting, negatively or positively displayed rules. The research contains quantitative data collected using set questions administered 107 nurse practitioners medical professionals regarding staff from Government Hospitals Pakistan. Hizmet sabotajı, çalışanın kasıtlı olarak yapılacak hizmetleri engellemeye çalışmasıdır. örgütün müşteri kaybına, müşteride yanlış algı oluşmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç, Harris ve Ogbonna (2006) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Sabotajı Ölçeği’ni Türkçeye uyarlamak, geçerlik güvenirlik analizlerini yapmaktır. ölçeğin uyarlanması ile ulusal literatüre katkı sağlanarak hizmet sabotajı etkenlerine yönelik önerilerin sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın temel sorusu “hizmet sabotajının ardıl öncülleri nelerdir ölçeği Türkçeleştirilebilir mi?” şeklinde belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evreni, Kırşehir Kırıkkale illerindeki bankalardaki çalışanlar (n=409) Elde edilen araştırma verilerine SPSS 25 AMOS 26 programları kullanılarak; açıklayıcı faktör analizi, analizi doğrulayıcı uygulanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda tek boyut 9 ifadeden oluşan Ölçeği‘nin uyarlama işlemi yapılarak özgün bir çalışma oluşturulmuş sağlanmıştır.

The purpose of this research is to determine the description employees Grand Mercure Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta, and analyze influence Emotional Dissonance on Service Sabotage, Intelligence Exhaustion Sabotage. population in study were all Jakarta. In research, a quantitative method approach was used with survey sample 225 people obtained using purposive sampling technique. Survey carried out by distributing questionnaires. Previously, questionnaire tested for validity reliability first. data analysis technique uses descriptive linear regression analysis. Description most whom are male, under 35 years old, have worked at hotel 0-2 years. results explain that has positive significant effect Sabotage p-value 0.012. negative 0.023. 0.045.
