Introduction: Nano-mesoporous bioactive glass and RGD peptide-coated collagen membranes have great potential in wound healing.However, the application of their compound has not been further studied.Our purpose is to prepare a novel scaffold containing both NMBG stent adhesion peptides (BM), which then proves its promising prospect assessment physical properties, biocompatibility, GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling axis toxicological effects.Methods: The structural morphological changes BM were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).In vivo, healing was assessed SD rats through dynamic monitoring calculation rate.Immunohistofluorescence (IHF), H&E, Masson staining utilized; vitro, primary cell culture, variety assays including CCK-8, Transwell, Scratch, Immunocytofluorescence (ICF), Western blot (WB) performed, for morphology molecular analysis.Results Discussion: Preparation involved attaching RGD-exposed while avoiding use toxic chemical reagents.BM exhibited distinctive superficial with increased Si content, indicating successful attachment.In vivo studies on demonstrated superior capability BM, as evidenced by accelerated closure, thicker epithelial layers, enhanced deposition compared NC group.Additionally, promoted skin fibroblast migration proliferation, possibly activation axis, crucial tissue regeneration.This study underscored an effective wound-healing dressing. Conclusion:A new method synthesizing ECM-like developed nano-mesoporous collagenderived peptides.This approach enhances bioactivity biomaterials surface functionalization growth factor-free therapy.
