Objective: 1) How is the leadership strategy of Head in strengthening character education digital literacy era?; 2) curriculum that contains era literacy?; 3) can environment be collaborated/integrated into: curriculum, learning, intra and extra coaching, culture school environment, so it becomes an example for residents?; 4) are results impacts implementation education. Method: This research exploratory with techniques (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, (3) document studies. data validity technique uses four kinds criteria, namely credibility, transferability, dependability confirmability criteria. Results: The integration within at 1 Buduran Vocational School presents a holistic model encompassing classroom intra- extracurricular activities, culture. approach ensures students develop technical skills alongside positive values ethical behavior using tools. emphasizes both aspects literacy. Interactive collaborative methods, embedded all subjects, create conducive to development. Novelty: It incorporates into life—curriculum, culture—ensuring pervasive study highlights pivotal role principal promoting practices, showcasing how effective reinforce era.
