This study aims to determine the perceptions of students learning English using various digital media at Islamic university level. research uses a qualitative descriptive method, observation and interviews. The involved 10 respondents representing Institute Religion (IAI) Tulang Bawang, Lampung. Of who answered questionnaire, 87 percent stated why they prefer over non-digital media. reasons for these are that is more attractive, modern, practical, in favor students, does not require lot paper. In addition, can help become autonomous independent learners. also be used as reference developing curriculum implementation KKNI level 6 higher education.
