The
Digital
Competence
of
Educators
(DigCompEdu)
is
critical
in
21st-century
education,
which
helps
educators
teach
digital
literacy
to
students.
However,
published
empirical
evidence
regarding
pre-service
English
teachers’
competence
creating
interactive
instructional
materials
with
specific
software
applications
remains
scarce.
This
paper
grounded
on
the
implementation
courses
at
an
Indonesian
state
university,

developing
EFL
competencies
designing
using
PowerPoint,
Audacity,
CapCut,
Inknoe
ClassPoint,
Filmora,
Internet,

Canva
(hereafter
PACIFIC).

In
today's
educational
landscape,
digital
literacy
has
emerged
as
a
critical
skill
for
pre-service
teachers,
enabling
them
to
effectively
utilize
technology
in
classrooms
and
provide
students

valuable
information
resources.

study
aims
investigate
the
levels
of
teachers
participating
teaching
assistance
program
at
school.
Employing
descriptive
statistics,
