Moral distress forms a major threat to the well-being of healthcare professionals, and is argued negatively impact patient care. It associated with emotions such as anger, frustration, guilt, anxiety. Zero-sum mind-set is characterized by the belief that success limited and achieved at expense of others. This study investigates impact a zero-sum on employee retention in hospitality industry, particularly presence workaholic leaders. COVID-19 has resulted in devastating economic, social, and psychological effects on a global scale due to its unstoppable disastrous nature. There is paucity of literature examining the interconnection between moral distress (MD) resilience among nurses context pandemic. We have undertaken narrative review available research nurses' MD during outbreak. A was performed through an extensive search databases, such as PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, from December 1, 2020, March 29, 2023. Keywords included "COVID-19", "2019-nCoV disease", "2019 novel coronavirus infection", "nurses", "moral distress", resilience". English-language published articles that matched inclusion criteria were evaluated included. Inclusion all descriptive studies evaluating Gray letters excluded results. The study results showed suffered Moral opposite MD, which can be reduced by using strategies developing abilities healthcare workers, strengthening honesty, reducing their stress anxiety. On other hand, fostering self-regulation capacities, accountability flexibility, recognizing boundaries exercising conscientious objections effectively promote resilience. Considering challenging conditions professionals, especially nurses, era COVID-19, this causes increased cause mental emotional risks for nurses. So, considering relationship (considered protective factor) inverse them, it suggested increasing resilience, we should reduce survive difficult period COVID-19. Protect ourselves problems improve patient care quality following tips.
