First-year nursing students experience a demanding transition period, encountering culture shock due to academic rigor and unfamiliar expectations. Culture impacts an individual's psychological well-being ability adapt the rigorous demands of school. This study investigated relationship between level adaptation first-year at selected university in Quezon City. The employed descriptive correlational design investigate interplay shock, student adaptation, well-being. A pre-screening form identified eligible individuals was randomly using purposive sampling. sample 285 consented completed questionnaire. All adapted instruments were presented on 5-point Likert scale analyzed Pearson’s correlation coefficient examine relationships variables. study's findings showed significant positive with statistical value r = 0.592, p < 0.001, meaning that as increased, also increased. This study explored the relationship among Social Media Usage, Body Image, and Psychological Well-Being 350 university students in Davao Region using a quantitative, descriptive-predictive design with multiple regression analysis. The results revealed high levels of information sharing, social interaction, engagement current news, collaborative learning, overall appearance evaluations, health fitness influence, attention to grooming are significant positive predictors students' psychological well-being.
