Mobile microlearning (MML) provides concise and engaging educational activities that correspond with various learning preferences styles. Microlearning is defined as bite-sized instruction, modules ranging from approximately 90 seconds to 5 minutes. To consider MML a form of continuing professional development it essential first identify the new generation nurses entering field health care. This scoping review addresses generational using current technological approaches nurses' interest in development. A total 34 articles were identified for this review. Little information was available on nursing addressing both formal education Among studies evaluated project, thread discrepancy included (a) inconsistent definitions time limitations, (b) significance development, (c) application knowledge translation research dissemination. This chapter explores the development of microlearning pedagogical practices aimed at enhancing student learning in higher education through a design-based research (DBR) approach. Recognizing microlearning's potential for quick, focused learning, study addresses lack strong foundations and practical implementation challenges. The progresses four phases: analyzing current teaching practices, designing key principles, developing strategies, evaluating their usability via expert feedback. Using surveys applied cognitive task analysis (ACTA), introduces AMPLIFY framework, which enhances with eight components: clear objectives, personalized continuous feedback, efficient delivery, engaging content, interactive experiences, social collaboration, seamless curriculum integration. offers insights systematic approach implementing strategies education, bridging literature gap setting stage future studies.
