This paper explores the experiences of university educators who use personal learning networks (PLNs) to enhance professional knowledge. Los programas de formación del profesorado universitario incluyen la enseñanza reflexión como medio para comprender y gestionar las situaciones propia práctica en el aula. Si bien estudio ha sido abordado ampliamente literatura, todavía resulta poco conocido cómo los formadores dichos enseñan a reflexionar al mismo tiempo que abordan contenidos psico educativos sobre aprendizaje educación superior. En este se aborda esta problemática centrando análisis representaciones tienen reflexión, sus finalidades características. Se entrevistó 12 implementados universidades chilenas diferente composición distribuidas lo largo todo país. El contenido entrevistas mostró diversidad enfoques propuestas implementación por parte formadores. identificaron dos grandes reflexión: mejorar comprensión e innovarla. Aunque ambos casos utilizaron experiencia docentes punto central reflexión; también algunas diferencias uso conocimiento académico. Además, enfocaron mayoritariamente cuestionamiento, problematización resolución casos, más profundidad práctica. suma, aporta resultados mejora

La formación del profesorado universitario es considerada una necesidad fundamental para la mejora de los aprendizajes estudiantado. manera en que programas desarrollo académico forman a dicho conocimientos psicoeducativos poco conocida. Sin embargo, uno aspectos se incluyen reflexión sobre práctica, dado juega un rol central cómo y las docentes organizan su enseñanza articulan teoría con práctica. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo estudiar docente el contexto chileno analizar diseño pedagógico relación reflexión. El lleva cabo mediante mixto, cualitativo cuantitativo, recogida datos realiza cuestionario análisis documental propuestas formación. Se examinaron 20 distintas Instituciones Educación Superior chilenas. Los resultados apuntan existencia formas organización e implementación actividad formativa difieren entre sí según propósitos esta caracterización efectúan tanto objeto aprendizaje mismo, medio innovación práctica Superior.
